Ten years ago, Carolyn Cocca witnessed robust talent in Upstate NY. Frustrated by a lack of representation in the area, she set out on a mission to create a free and easy system to connect talent with opportunities of all variety in the area. With her tenacity, veracity and insight into the industry Cocca Casting emerged to quickly became the go-to platform for agencies, companies and producers searching for top tier talent alike.

Since then, she has successfully grown Cocca Casting to the powerhouse it is today; owning an extensive database of talent and assisting in the casting of countless projects in Upstate NY, New York City, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and beyond! She also bolsters the title of former Vice-President of the Upstate Independent Filmmakers Network in Albany, NY.

Carolyn especially prides herself on personally finding and meeting individuals who follow their passion by submitting to audition and casting calls. Even those who never thought about working in the entertainment industry, let alone believing they could... then earn their place in front of the camera!
